Kombucha is a completely natural, healthy and delicious drink made from green or black tea, put through a long fermentation with carefully selected cultures of bacteria and yeast. Nasza Kombucha is made from fine, top-grade teas from certified organic farms.
In its classic form, kombucha tastes like a lightly tart, sparkling apple juice with a gentle tea finish. It pairs beautifully with natural fruit juices and herbal blends.
Kombucha is made through a long fermentation of sweetened tea using a SCOBY — the “tea fungus” (Symbiotic Culture of Bacteria and Yeast).
Unlike most kombucha on the market, Nasza Kombucha is NOT pasteurized. That keeps it completely natural, with live cultures and its full taste preserved.
Tea + water + sugar + SCOBY = organic acids, antioxidants and vitamins. It contains Acetobacter and Gluconobacter bacteria (which produce organic acids) and Lactobacillus, plus B-group vitamins and vitamin C.
No. Nasza Kombucha contains no animal products and no gluten.
Kombucha is a non-alcoholic drink, but like any fermented product it may contain 0.2–1.2% alcohol.
To start, we suggest small amounts (e.g. a glass), ideally on an empty stomach, so you can see how your body responds. Regularity is key; experienced drinkers have up to a few bottles a day.
We recommend gently tilting the bottle so the natural sediment mixes evenly. It’s carbonated — shaking too hard can cause a “blow-out” when you open it.
It’s a “living drink” — the bacteria and yeast never stop working. Keep it cool, which slows fermentation and extends shelf life.
The tested shelf life of an unopened bottle is 6 months. Once opened, keep refrigerated and drink within 48 h.
