Don’t take our word for it. Nasza Kombucha is unpasteurized, alive and tested in independent laboratories and in cooperation with SGGW scientists.

Live cultures – confirmed in the lab
Microbiological analysis of the classic variant showed live, active cultures: lactic-acid bacteria (LAB) at about 5 × 10⁵ CFU/ml and yeast at about 10⁴ CFU/ml, as well as the acetic-acid bacteria characteristic of kombucha. This is lab proof that the drink truly lives – possible only thanks to the absence of pasteurization.
Safety confirmed by testing
Microbiological tests found no pathogenic bacteria – Salmonella, E. coli and Enterobacteriaceae were absent in all samples. The drink is also protected by its naturally low pH (about 3.5).
Natural polyphenols from tea
Chromatographic analysis (HPLC) confirmed natural polyphenols from tea – including gallic and chlorogenic acid, catechins and quercetin. The ginger variant contains more than twice as much as the classic.
| Parameter (per 100 ml) | Classic | Ginger |
|---|---|---|
| Total polyphenols | 26.3 mg | 60.7 mg |
| Vitamin C | 0.89 mg | 1.70 mg |
| pH | about 3.5 | |
Research with science
We analysed the composition and quality of Nasza Kombucha using liquid chromatography (HPLC) and microbiological methods, in cooperation with scientists from the Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW) and at the accredited SGS laboratory.
Excerpts from our test reports
We test our products in independent, external laboratories. Below are excerpts from the original reports – full reports are available on request.

The values come from testing of specific batches and describe the product’s composition – they are not health claims. The vitamin C content is natural but does not entitle a nutrition claim. Final wording on labels is prepared in line with EU regulations.
