This Privacy policy explains how the drinksoflife.com information site processes personal data and uses cookies. Sales are handled by a separate shop, napojezycia.pl, which has its own documents.

What data and why we process it
- Contact form – name, e-mail address and message content, in order to answer your enquiry (basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
- Analytics data (cookies) – anonymous information about how the site is used, collected only after consent, in order to improve the site (basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR – consent).
Recipients of the data
Data may be processed by trusted service providers: hosting (Netlify), the Microsoft Clarity analytics tool (Microsoft) and the mail/form provider – on our behalf or as independent controllers for their own services.
Transfers outside the EEA
In connection with the use of Microsoft tools, data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area, based on mechanisms compliant with the GDPR (including standard contractual clauses).
Retention period
We keep form messages for as long as necessary to handle the matter and for evidence purposes. Analytics data is kept for the period set by the tool provider.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, port it, object, and withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal). You may lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
Voluntariness and automated decisions
Providing data is voluntary but necessary to use the contact form. We do not make decisions solely by automated means producing legal effects.
